Bookville Reading Competition – Rules and Regulations

  1. Age Eligibility: Please add the following sentence:- Participants must be within the age range from the start to the completion of the competition. Anyone who will turn 13years at any time during the competition is Not eligible to participate..
  2. Proof of Age: Participants are required to upload a valid proof of age document (government-approved birth certificate or international passport).
  3. Guardian/Parent Assistance: The completion of the registration form must be done with the assistance and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  4. No Guaranteed Place: Completing the registration form does not automatically guarantee a place in the competition. A preliminary screening of participants will be conducted.
  5. No Participation Fee: There is no signup fee or payment required to participate in the Bookville Reading Competition.
  6. No Unauthorized Payments: The organizing body hereby indemnifies itself against any individual or third party requesting payment for participation in this competition. Participants should not make any such payments.
  7. Open to All: This competition is open to any individual between the ages of 10 and 12 years in both public and private schools. It is not an inter- school competition.
  8. Competition Stages: The competition will consist of two stages: a preliminary stage and a final stage.
  9. Punctuality: Early arrival of participants on the competition day is highly recommended. Participants may be disqualified for late arrival.
  10. Adherence to Guidelines: All participants are required to adhere to any additional guidelines or instructions provided by the competition organisers before and during the event.
